Frequently Asked Questions

How do you ensure freshness?

All our Colombian coffee is roasted and shipped to the United States the same week. We work directly with the farm to source the freshest beans, and their small-batch roasting process guarantees peak flavor and aroma in every cup.

What are the different roast levels?

We can offer three roast profiles: Light Roast (bright, fruity, high acidity), Medium Roast (balanced flavor, smooth body), and Dark Roast (bold, rich, low acidity). Each roast brings out unique characteristics of our single-origin beans. We currently have medium roast in stock.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on orders. All orders are carefully packaged to protect the beans during transit. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days.

Where does your coffee come from?

The coffee comes from a single farm in the Andes mountains of Colombia. Located outside the small town of Salamina. Coffee beans are grown, roasted, packaged, and shipped directly from the farm.
